LESSONS I LEARNED PART 2
by Teresa Moyer MY RETURN TRIP HOME The assist service at the Charlotte airport was top notch. I was able to get a wheelchair outside before entering the airport. He asked to see my boarding pass and took me to security. I lit up again. By then, I wondered what in the world was in… Continue reading LESSONS I LEARNED PART 2

Interview With Kathi Macias
Questions by Rita Prochazka Kathi can you share some of your testimony with us? I wasn’t raised in a Christian home but always believed in and desired to know God, so I attended several churches throughout the first twenty-five years of my life. I came to believe that Jesus was the Son of God, born… Continue reading Interview With Kathi Macias
The Urging of the Spirit
by Joyce Cordell Do you ever have a time when it seems the Lord urges you to do something specific? I went through such a time. Years ago, I sensed that He placed the word "write" in my mind. Oh, I had written many things - journals, skits, devotions, Bible studies, even a short story… Continue reading The Urging of the Spirit
The Christmas Ornaments from Christmas Past

Privileged, in so many ways. Why was I so blessed? I could have been born in… Continue reading Come Get a Hug!
Lisa’s Story Part II
by Lisa Nelson “But He said to me, ‘ My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’” (II Cor. 12:9) My high school basketball coach used to tell us, “Success comes in 'cans.'” Unfortunately, it ended up taking me several years beyond high school to buy into this… Continue reading Lisa’s Story Part II
Lisa’s Story
The next thing I remember is Jason racing into the bedroom and finding me on the floor. He knelt on the floor, gathered me in his arms, and reached for the phone to call 911. He just kept saying, "Don't leave me. Please don't leave me!" I could see the terror in his tear-filled eyes as he repeated it over and over.
